How character consistency actually works in OPSCENE

OPSCENE keeps an AI-generated character consistent by building it once as a reusable Library asset — a reference character sheet plus a consistency score — instead of re-describing the character in every prompt. Generating one striking AI shot is easy. Generating the same character across ten shots, from ten different angles, without their face drifting or their jacket changing color, is the actual problem every AI filmmaking tool has to solve.
Every text-to-video and image-to-video model treats each generation as a fresh roll of the dice unless you constrain it. Feed it a new prompt, even one describing the same person, and you're gambling on the model re-imagining their face, build and wardrobe from scratch.
OPSCENE's approach is to build the character once, in the Library, and reuse that asset as a reference on every shot instead of re-describing the character in each prompt:
Character consistency is a spectrum, not a solved problem industry-wide. Faces hold up best; hands, complex wardrobe patterns and fast motion are still the hardest cases. The 3D Workshop (on the roadmap) pushes this further — a real 3D character model means exact turnarounds instead of a model's best guess at "the same person from behind."
If you're planning a project with a recurring character, build them once in the Library before you touch the Board — it's the single biggest lever for consistency across a project.
