Paid plans grant a worldwide, commercial license to content you generate, subject to the usage restrictions below. Free-tier output is personal use only and may carry a watermark.

No content depicting minors in sexual contexts, non-consensual intimate imagery, or material infringing a third party's copyright, trademark, or likeness rights without consent. Violations may result in immediate suspension.

Subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased credit packs do not expire for 12 months. Refunds for failed generations are automatic; other refund requests are handled per our refund policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel at any time from account settings.
